We are a Venezuelan couple who came to Texas 15 years ago full of dreams and a great desire to work, just as our immigrant parents taught us.
Throughout our lives we grew up immersed in Spanish culture, traditions and customs, where making a paella was the perfect excuse to gather family and friends. This is where our culinary heritage and passion for the gastronomy of Spain began. From there the seasoning and soul of Top Paellas is born.
In 2011 we took a step forward and today we are a catering company focused on traditional Spanish cuisine. Specializing in paellas, tapas (appetizers) and desserts, in which we use local, fresh and high-quality ingredients to provide an unforgettable and unmatched experience.
